Tenders Are Invited For Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Kodeń Commune

The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Kodeń Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip Residential Properties With Bags For Separately Collected Waste. The Amount Of Municipal Waste Expected To Be Collected From Property Owners Throughout The Entire Period Covered By The Order Is Estimated At 634.20 Mg (Basic Scope), And The Amount Covered By The Option Right: An Additional 126.84 Mg. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs (Increased Amount Of Waste Collected By Residents) - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Service Within The Scope Of The Exercised Option Right. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order - But Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Exhausted. Collection Of Waste In Quantities Exceeding The Option Law Requires A Change To The Contract. Activating The Option Will Not Require Changing The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Activation Of The Option In The Form Of A Declaration Of Will. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And The Draft Contract Constituting (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
