1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, Consisting In The Receipt, Transportation And Delivery Of Postal Items To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As The Return To The Ordering Party Of Undelivered Parcels To The Recipient After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Delivery To The Recipient Provided For In The Contractors Regulations, And The Return Of Confirmation Of Receipt, Taking Into Account International Postal Regulations Within The Meaning Of The Postal Law, I.E. International Agreements Binding On The Republic Of Poland Regarding The Provision Of Postal Services And The Binding Regulations Of The Universal Postal Union. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order - Apart From The Types Of Postal Items Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Agreement - Also Includes Postal Items And Returns Of Posted Items Other Than Those Listed In Annex No. 6 To The Agreement, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Subject Of This Order Does Not Include Shipments Requiring Official Confirmation Of Shipment.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have - Throughout The Duration Of The Contract - At Least 9 Reception Points In Separate Areas Of The City Of Bytom, I.E.: 1) At Least One Reception Point Each: Łagiewniki, Rozbark, Sucha Góra With Stolarzowice And Górniki, Bobrek With Karbie, Miechowice, Szombierki, Stroszek-Dąbrowa Miejska With Osiedle Generała Jerzy Ziętek2) At Least Two Collection Points In Śródmieście, Which Should Be: A) Open At Least 5 Days A Week From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays, B) Clearly And Visibly Marked Outside The Building In Which They Are Located - Visibly With The Name Or Logo Of The Contractor, Clearly Indicating The Contractors Facility, C) Have Appropriate Technical Security For Storing Documentation Ensuring The Lack Of Access By Unauthorized Persons And Compliance With The Provisions Of § 8 Of The Contract, D) Meet The Conditions Specified In The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. Customer Service At Collection Points Should Be Conducted In A Way That Ensures The Protection Of Personal Data And Information Provided During Service By The Point Employee And The Customer. If The Post Office Is Located In Premises Where Other Business Activities Are Conducted, There Should Be A Separate Customer Service Desk For Postal Services.
