Implementation Of The Task Entitled Legnica, French Garden In The Historic City Park, (18Th/19Th): Reconstruction Of The French Garden - The Showcase Of The Historic City Park In Legnica, Which Includes, Among Others:• - Carrying Out Gardening Works Aimed At Rebuilding The French Garden, Destroyed During The Flood In 2024. The Scope Of Work Includes: Removal Of The Irrigation Line, Removal Of Rotten Plants, Protection Of Park Alleys, Replacement Of The Soil Layer To A Depth Of 30 Cm Due To The Destruction Of Its Structure By Flood, Planting Ornamental Plants Based On The Greenery Industry Project And Current Conservation Arrangements, Mulching, Recultivation Of The Adjacent Area After The Works, Unloading And Storage Of Materials - Through Reclamation Of The Adjacent Area After The Works Performed. The Ordering Party Understands: Reclamation Of Existing Lawns Consisting Of Agrotechnical Treatments: Scarification, Aeration, Cross-Seeding Grass, Adding Sand, Rolling The Entire Occupied Technical Area/Technical Facilities. All Planned Works Are Of A Gardening Nature. - The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Contract With Due Diligence, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained Therein. - The Contractor Bears Full Financial Liability For Damage Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Due To The Fault Of The Contractor Or His Employees. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage Incurred During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. - Services Must Be Performed With Due Care, With Particular Care, In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, In A Way That Is Not Harmful To The Environment, Using Appropriate Equipment And Technology. The Above Work Should Be Performed With Due Care, With Particular Caution, In Accordance With The Principles Of Horticultural And Technical Knowledge, Occupational Safety And Health Protection Regulations And Applicable Standards, Instructions, Conditions Of Use And Other Legal Provisions, Including The Following Acts: • Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 647, As Amended), • Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws 2023.1587, As Amended), • Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1292, As Amended); And Also In Consultation With The Ordering Party. All Work Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To Third Parties. During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Keep The Work Area Free From Traffic Obstacles, Including Access To The Property And Surrounding Public Facilities, And Will Remove All Unnecessary Auxiliary Equipment, Waste And Garbage, And Will Secure The Area Against Access By Unauthorized Persons. After Completing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Work Area, Restore It To The Condition Before The Start Of The Work And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party On The Date Set During The Final Acceptance Of The Works
