Catering Must Be Located In A Specially Designated Place, Adjacent To The Training Room. Products Used To Prepare Meals Must Be Fresh, From High-Quality Products, Stored And Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations Regarding Food Safety And Nutrition. Required Menu Or Equivalent, To Be Agreed In Detail With The Ordering Party.2. Room Rental: Location Of The Service: Up To 2 Km On Foot From The Katowice Main Railway Station Due To The Majority Of Meeting Participants Commuting By Public Transport (Including Pkp, Pks, Buses) From The Entire Silesian Voivodeship, The Working Meeting Must Be Organized In Katowice At A Distance Of No More Than 2 Km From The Katowice Main Railway Station, Distance Measured By Mapping The Route In Google Maps (On Foot), Calculated On The Basis Of Access Via Public Roads. The Facility Where The Meeting Will Take Place Must Be A Facility With A Standard Of At Least 4 Or More Stars, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of § 2 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166), The Building Must Have Facilities For People With Disabilities.
