1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Recovery Of Waste Code 19 12 10 - Alternative Fuel In A Maximum Quantity Of 5,500 Mg. The Waste Is Produced By Grinding The Oversize Fraction Separated From Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Partially From The Remains After Manual Sorting Of Selectively Collected Waste Delivered To The Municipal Waste Processing Plant (Hereinafter Referred To As Zpok) From The Chełm Region.1.1. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Amount Of 5,000 Mg. In The Scope Of The Remaining Quantity, I.E. 500 Mg, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In Accordance With Point 8 Of This Chapter.1.2. Information About The Alternative Fuel Intended For Recovery: - Fraction In The Form Of Flakes Up To 30 Mm In Size; - Storage On The Ordering Partys Premises In The Form Of Piles (Loose Fraction); - Storage Time By The Ordering Party: Up To 6 Months; - Humidity Below 25%; - Chlorine Content Below 0.7%; - Calorific Value Of At Least 16Mj.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Utilize Alternative Fuel In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E.: - Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; - Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; - Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 16, 2015 On Allowing Waste To Be Stored In Landfills; - Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 6, 2020 On The Waste Catalogue; - Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of January 21, 2016 On The Requirements For The Thermal Transformation Of Waste And Methods Of Dealing With Waste Resulting From This Process; - And On The Basis Of Other Implementing Acts In Force In The Country In The Field Of Waste Management (If They Concern The Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 10).3. Alternative Fuel (Waste) Will Be Delivered To The Contractors Installation By The Ordering Partys Transport In A Successive Manner. 3.1. The Contractor Will Provide The Distance According To The Shortest Route On Which The Ordering Partys Vehicle Can Travel, I.E. On Main Roads Intended For Heavy Goods Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Above 12T In Both Directions.3.2. Distance From/To The Barrier Of The Municipal Waste Processing Plant Located At Ul. Dorohuska 70, 22-100 Chełm To/From The Installation Indicated By The Contractor Cannot Be Longer Than 40 Km In Both Directions.3.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Above-Mentioned Information Provided By The Contractor By Determining The Vehicle Route According To Google Map.3.4. Transport Will Take Place In A Vehicle Adapted To Transport The Kp 33.4 Container. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Be Able To Accept At Least Four Transports Of Waste (Each Weighing 10-12 Mg) In One Day, Between 7:30 A.M. And 9:30 P.M., I.E. Two Transports Between 7:30 A.M. And 2:30 P.M. And Two Transports Between 2:30 P.M. And 9:30 P.M. 5. The Ordering Party Should Be Able To Make Deliveries Immediately After Concluding The Contract.6
