The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Devices For Cloning, Data Archiving And Computer Cables. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: Annex No. 2 To The Swz - For Part I, Which Is Also A Technical And Price Form, Which Must Be Completed Correctly. The Price Items Will Enable The Ordering Party To Check The Correctness Of The Price Calculation And To Correct Obvious Calculation Errors, If Any. The Subject Of The Order For Part I Must Meet The Following Requirements: 1) Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Be Covered By The Manufacturers Full Warranty In Force In The European Union; 2) It Must Not Generate Additional Costs For The Ordering Party Related To The Installation, Configuration Or Commissioning Of The Equipment; 3) It Must Enable The Ordering Party To Use The Equipment In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose For An Unlimited Period Of Time, Along With The Right To Self-Install And Reconfigure It; 4) Equipment (In Particular Laptops, External Drives, Monitors, Printer) Must Enable Easy Migration (Transfer) To Other Workstations, E.G. In The Case Of Hardware Replacement, Without Loss Of Functionality;5) Must Be Covered By Manufacturers Support, Including Updates Of Firmware, Drivers, Security Patches And Embedded Software (If Applicable), For A Minimum Period Of 4 Years;6) It Is Required That The Offered Equipment Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Unused And Not Refurbished;7) All Hardware Elements, If They Have A User Interface, Must Be Available In The Polish Or English Version, With The Possibility Of Changing The Language;8) At The Delivery Stage, The Contractor Is Required To Provide Documents Confirming The Legality, Origin And Compliance With Technical Requirements (E.G. Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Warranty Documents);9) The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Products With Functionality Wider Than Indicated, Provided That They Are Fully Compliant With The Minimum Technical Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order;10) Computer Equipment (Including Routers, Laptops, Multifunctional Devices) Should Enable The Use Of Uniform Management, Updating And Monitoring Procedures In The Ordering Partys It Environment;11) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Protection Against Claims Of Third Parties In The Event Of Infringement Of Patent Or Design Rights Related To The Supplied Equipment, Provided That The Ordering Party Immediately Informs The Contractor About Such A Claim;12) If The Delivered Equipment Does Not Cooperate With The Ordering Partys Infrastructure Or Causes Disruptions In Its Functioning, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Remove The Problem And Restore The Correct Operation And Covering All Related Costs;13) The Offered Products Must Be In The Latest Model Version Available On The Market At The Time Of Submitting The Offer, Unless The Ordering Party Has Specified A Specific Model;14) It Is Unacceptable T
