Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Originating From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Together With Their Transport, Bringing And Setting Them In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Delivery Together With The Order Of The Manual Required For Operation In Polish (If Applicable), Delivery Along With The Order Of Warranty Documents Issued By Manufacturer.
