The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Records And Settle The Assortment Provided By The Ordering Party For Washing - In Pieces And Kilograms;3. It Is Estimated That During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Wash Approximately 30,000 Kg Of Dry Clothes.4. The Laundry Service Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements Applicable In Laundries Providing Laundry Services And With The Use Of Broad-Spectrum Washing And Disinfecting Agents, Having All The Approvals And Certificates Required By Law. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use Aggressive Stain Removers During Washing That Would Damage The Patterns On The Bed Linen. The Washing Temperature Preferred By The Ordering Party For Dirty Bed Linen Should Be 60 Degrees Celsius. The Ironing Temperature Should Be Adapted To The Type Of Material The Bed Linen Is Made Of. It Is Prohibited To Iron/Mangle Duvet Covers And Pillow Cases At A Temperature That Destroys Patterns On Bed Linen Owned By The Ordering Party.5. In Order To Ensure The Safety And Appropriate Microbiological Quality Of Textiles Washed In Laundries, The Contractor Must Guarantee Compliance With Law And Regulations And Ensure The Quality Of Service And Hygiene Conditions For The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has An Implemented And Maintained Rabc Biological Contamination Risk Management System And A Certificate In Accordance With The Pn-En 14065:2016-10 Standard Or An Equivalent System Ensuring Hygienic Washing Of Textiles. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Ensuring The Same Level Of Biological Contamination Control, Provided That Equivalence Is Documented (E.G. Certificate, Audit Report, Statement From An Independent Entity, Etc.).6. The Offer Should Include Information On The Cleaning And Stain Removal Agents Used.
