The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Along With The Provision Of Distribution Services To The Facilities Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Total Estimated Electricity Demand In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2026 Is: 877,500 Kwh. The Quantities Given Above Are Estimated Quantities For The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Delivery Quantity Specified For Individual Consumption Points - Provided That The Total Order Quantity Will Not Exceed 950,000 Kwh.2. A Pv Installation Is Installed In Ppe No. 590322415104615404, The Ordering Party Has The Status Of A Prosumer In Accordance With The Act Of February 20, 2015 On Renewable Energy Sources, And The Surplus Of Energy Produced And Not Consumed At The Place Of Its Production Is Settled In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In The Net-Billing System (By Subtracting The Amount Resulting From The Deposit Equivalent From The Next Unpaid Energy Invoice). The Power Of The Photovoltaic Installation Is 30.8 Kwh.3. The Location Of Energy Consumption Points, Technical Data And Total Estimated Electricity Consumption In The Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026 Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Demand For Electricity Was Determined On The Basis Of Electricity Consumption In 2025 And Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Quantity. The Potential Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Energy.4. The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Together With The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 266, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, Including, Among Others: Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System. The Currently Applicable Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso) Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office, The Instructions For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network, Generally Applicable Legal Provisions And Unit Prices Of Active Energy Determined After The Resolution Of The Proceedings In Question.5.
