Tenders Are Invited For Providing Hotel And Restaurant Services And Providing Training And Teaching Rooms During The Trip Carried Out As Part Of The Activity Entitled Małopolska Family Care Clubs Procedure No. 2
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Hotel And Restaurant Services And The Provision Of Training And Teaching Rooms During A Supervision And Training Trip For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of The Activity By The Regional Center For Social Policy In Krakow. Małopolska Family Care Clubs Organized As Part Of The Project: Social Małopolska - Coordination Of Activities For Social Inclusion In Małopolska Under The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Social Fundplus.2. The Participants Of The Trip Are Guardians Of Children Staying In Foster Families, Family Orphanages, Children In Foster Care And Their Own Or Adopted Children, As Well As Accompanying Persons. The Total Number Of Participants Is A Maximum Of 90 People, Including Approx. 32 Adults (Guardians Of Children), Approx. 48 Children (Under 18 Years Of Age) And 10 Staff.3. The Order Includes:• Provision Of 1 Training And Didactic Room With Equipment For Approx. 20 People;• Provision Of 4 Training, Teaching And Recreation Rooms With Equipment, Each Room For Approx. 14 People (Approx. 12 Children + 2 Guardians);• Provision Of 1 Room For Individual Supervision;• Provision Of 2 Nights Accommodation With Breakfast For Each Participant;• Provision Of Meals In The Form Of 2 Lunches (On The Second And Third Day Of The Stay) And 2 Dinners (On The First And Second Day Of The Stay);• Providing 3 Coffee Breaks For Adults (Two Breaks On The Second Day And One Break On The Third Day Of The Stay) And 3 Breaks For Children (2 In The Form Of Ii Breakfasts - On The Second And Third Day Of The Stay And 1 In The Form Of An Afternoon Snack For Children (On The Second Day Of The Stay). 4. The Deadline For The Service Is December 12-14, 2025.
