The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Accessories And Auxiliary Materials For Laboratory Determinations, Containers For Diagnostic Waste, Consumables For Water Purification Systems And The Supply Of Laboratory Glassware, Including: 3.2.1. Part 1 Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Auxiliary Materials For Laboratory Determinations.3.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Drafted Contractual Provisions, Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3.4. Each Time, At The Time Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Goods, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check In The Presence Of The Contractor Whether The Goods Are Not Defective And In Case Of Doubts As To The Compliance Of A Given Batch Of Goods With The Provisions Of The Swz, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Accept The Goods And To Request The Contractor To Deliver A Given Batch Of Goods Within The Originally Agreed Period.3.5.
