Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Backhoe Loader Adapted To Travel On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Standards, Features And Technical Requirements) Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of The Backhoe Loader To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Insurance Of The Subject Of The Contract Until Acceptance, Delivery Of Documents Enabling The Ordering Party To Register Them, Warranty Documents, Carrying Out Operational Test, Performance Of Service And Warranty Inspections, And Training Of Personnel Designated By The Ordering Party. During The Warranty Period, All Repair Costs, Including Travel, Costs Of Materials And Spare Parts, With The Exception Of Materials And Consumable Parts Subject To Natural Wear, Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Should Provide Authorized Warranty Service. The Ordering Party Requires That The Post-Warranty Service Be Located In Poland, Up To A Maximum Of 200 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office: A) The Maximum Response Time Of The Service With The Presentation Of A Proposal To Remove The Failure From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure Is Up To 72 Hours On Business Days, And The Completion Of The Repair Is A Maximum Of 14 Days From The Date Of Its Commencement, B) Performance Of Warranty Obligations Will Be Carried Out By Transport And At The Expense Of The Contractor, C) The Contractor Will Deliver Spare Parts During The Warranty Period Immediately, No Later Than Within 72 Hours From The Date Of Notification By E-Mail To Contractors E-Mail Address. Note:1) The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For Implementation Are Specified In Particular In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.2) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Brand New Vehicle Together With Accessories And Equipment, Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle In Accordance With The Swz, Its Annexes, And The Contract.3) All Requirements Specified In The Order Documents Are Minimum Requirements (Unless Otherwise Specified), And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.4) Contractor Must Have The Manufacturers Authorization For The Sale And Service Of The Offered Equipment In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.5) It Is Expected That The Task In Question Will Be Financed From Funds From A Targeted Subsidy For The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026.
