Bodies And Their Effects On Assets, Rights, Obligations, Revenues And Budget Or Patrimonial Expenses;- Budget Resources, Changes Resulting From Additional Credits, Expected And Collected Revenues And Expenses Committed, Settled And Paid On Account Of These Resources And Their Respective Availability;- The Patrimonial Situation And Its Variation Actual Or Potential, Subject To Applicable Legislation And Standards;- The Information Necessary To Support The Determination Of The Costs Of Public Administration Programs And Units;- The Application Of Agreement Resources And The Execution Of Contracts;- Operations Of A Financial Nature Not Included In Budget Execution, From Which Debits And Credits Result;- The Origin And Allocation Of Resources Legally Linked To The Specific Purpose;- Intragovernmental Operations, With A View To Excluding Duplicities In The Determination Of Limits And Consolidation Of Public Accounts; Accounting, Individual Or Consolidated, Must Conform To The Con Plan, Lot 1 - Tax Management System - General Characteristicstax Collection System With An Agile And Efficient Structure For Issuance, Control And Collection.
