ATI is currently engaged in promoting agricultural sector transformation by supporting existing structures of government, the private sector, and other non-governmental partners to address systemic bottlenecks and deliver on a priority national agenda to achieve growth and food security. ATI is looking for professional service from reputable consultant to submit proposal (EOI) for the Hiring of Consultant for Enhancing a digital Agricultural Advisory service: SIP Technology Integration and Content expansion to 8028 Farmer Hotline. The objective of this service is to enhance Ethiopias national digital agricultural advisory service-commonly known as the 8028 Farmer Hotline by integrating Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) technologies, particularly for outgoing calls, and by updating and expanding livestock-related advisory content (forage and fisheries) in six local languages. The upgrade aims to make the service more efficient, scalable, and responsive to farmers needs by improving information delivery, expanding the scope of relevant content, and ensuring accessibility across diverse linguistic groups.
