Tenders are invited for Audit of its Annual Financial Accounts for the Year Ending on December 31,2025 Bid closing date: Nov 17, 2025 4:00 PM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa PURPOSE OF THE BID IHI hereby invites qualified audit firms to submit their bids for the audit of its annual financial accounts for the year ending on December 31,2025. REQUIREMENTS The audit firm should be registered with the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia; and should be able to submit renewed certificate. Must have solid experience in international NGO audit preferably in U.S. Government funded organizations. The audit firm should be equipped with adequate and well-experienced personnel. The audit firm should provide renewed operating/business license that enables it to undertake audit for January 2026 and February 2026, TIN certificates and other legal documents certifying qualifications for performing similar assignments. Evidence of working relationships and quality assurance mechanisms with accredited international audit firm(s) will be a plus. The Audit firm is required to assign an Audit Manager who is a qualified accountant and hold current membership of an internationally recognized accounting institution e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent. The Audit Firm is required to assign Audit assistants that holds their first degree from a recognized university in the fields of commerce, accounting and auditing or equivalent and must have a minimum of three years relevant experience. BIDDING DOCUMENT The bidder is required to examine all instructions, terms and specifications pertaining to the selection process. Failure to submit all required information as per the RFP document will be at the bidders risk and may result in bid rejection. Bidders must agree to engage in a maximum of 1 week after the award notice date or as per the service contract. LANGUAGE OF BID All communications and documents exchanged between IHI and the bidder shall be in English language only. DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID TECHNICAL PROPOSAL A brief description of the Firm, including its organizational set-up. financial status, manpower, etc. The methodology to be employed, the work plan, and the structure of the auditing team to be used to execute the assignment. A proposal that outlines the approach, qualifications, relevant experience. A CV of the Professionals who will undertake this task highlighting relevant qualifications.
