The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Specialized Reagents For Scientific Research At The Institute Of Animal Reproduction And Food Research Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences In Olsztyn. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Did Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers In This Procedure Due To The Uniform Subject Of The Contract. Each Contractor May Submit One Offer. 2. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Established An Option. The Contractor Will Also Include An Option In The Offer Price. During The Contract Implementation Period, The Ordering Party May Use The Option, But Undertakes To Make A Basic Order Of 50% Of The Value Of Specialized Reagents Indicated In The Contractors Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Type In The Offer Form, As Well As To Limit The Subject Of The Contract. The Option Right Will Be Exercised Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Condition For Exercising The Option Right Will Be The Submission By The Ordering Party Of A Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right. 3. General Terms Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order: The Contractor Delivers The Products With Attached Safety Data Sheets And/Or Quality Specifications Containing Basic Data And Physical And Chemical Requirements Confirming Compliance Of The Delivered Products With The Swz. 4. The Warranty Period For Products Cannot Be Shorter Than 75% Of The Period Standardly Offered By The Manufacturer, Counting From The Date Of Its Delivery, In Accordance With The Deadline Offered By The Contractor In The Offer. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. The Procedure For Checking And Confirming The Compliance Of The Delivered Order And The Method Of Reporting Complaints In Accordance With The Provisions In Annex 3 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Contract With The Contractor Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 18 Months. The Partial Delivery Date Will Be Consistent With The Date Offered By The Contractor In The Offer: A Maximum Of 35 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. Delivery Date Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 6. Subject Means Of Evidence 1) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit, Along With The Offer, Safety Data Sheets For The Offered Products And/Or A Quality Specification Containing Basic Data And Physical And Chemical Requirements Confirming That The Offered Products Meet All The Ordering Partys Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) The Contractor Submits Safety Data Sheets With The Offer. The Contractor Submits The Documents In The Original Or A Copy Certified As True To The Original In Electronic Form With A Qualified Electronic Signature.
