Natural Gas - Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Including Sales And Distribution For Facilities Owned By The Krynica-Zdrój Commune For The Years 2026 - 2027. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas For The Facilities Of The Krynica-Zdrój Commune In 2026-2027, Indicated In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. The Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 Is 8,818,822 Kwh. Natural Gas Should Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And Its Implementing Regulations And Polish Standards. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Quality Standards Of Service For The Ordering Party And Its Organizational Units In Accordance With The Applicable Energy Law Provisions. It Should Ensure Continuity Of Supplies Without Any Interruptions In Supplies And Have A Reserve Guaranteeing Continuity Of Supplies. The Ordering Party Informs That The Process Of Changing The Seller Is Taking Place Once Again. Detailed Information Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier Of Gas Fuels, In Accordance With The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd) Regarding The Provision And Use Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services. The Ordering Party Will Grant The Contractor A Power Of Attorney To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Gas Fuel Supplier, Which Will Also Include The Contractors Termination Of The Currently Applicable Contracts. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
