The Cooperation Is Scheduled To Last 25 Years. It Aims To Achieve A Common Expansion Target Of 28 Megawatts (Hereinafter Megawatts) Of Installed Capacity With Wind Energy. The Hahnbach Market And The Cooperation Partner Intend To Work Together (Hereinafter Also Cooperation) To Build And Operate The Laubberg And Ochsenschlag Wind Farms In The Hahnbach Market Area, Consisting Of Four Wind Turbines (Hereinafter Wea Or Wind Park). The Project Development Should Be Carried Out By The Parties. For The Purpose Of Further Financing The Construction Of The Wind Farm And To Further Increase Acceptance, Regional Citizen Participation Should Be Made Possible. Furthermore, Municipalities Should Be Able To Participate In Discounted Electricity. The Construction And Operation Of The Wind Farm Is To Be Carried Out In A Joint Limited Partnership (Hereinafter: Project Company) That Has Yet To Be Founded, The Shareholders Of Which Will Be The Cooperation Partner, The Amberg-Sulzbach Regional Plant Gku And Citizens In The Project Area. To Connect The Wind Farm To The Grid, The Construction And Operation Of A Substation Is Planned In A Separate Company (In A Separate Project) By The City Of Hirschau Or The Amberg-Sulzbach Regional Plant.
