Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transport Service For Elementary School Students From The Area Of ​​The City Of Požega. Transportation Of Elementary School Students In The Area Of ​​The City Of Požega, All In Accordance With The Relations From The Cost Sheet, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation. The Cost Estimate Is Attached As A Separate Document In A Non-Standardized Form And Is An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation And Is Attached To The Documentation. The Bidder May Not Change The Description Of The Procurement Item Listed In The Cost Sheet, Nor May He Add Columns Or Change The Content Of The Cost Sheet In Any Way. The Unit Prices Of Each Item Of The Price List And The Total Price Must Be Rounded To Two Decimal Places And Expressed In Euros. When Filling Out The Cost Sheet, The Bidder Calculates The Price Of The Item As The Product Of The Quantity Of The Item And The Unit Price Of The Item. If The Bidder Changes The Text Or Quantities Specified In The Bill Of Costs Form, The Bill Of Costs Will Be Considered Invalid And The Bid Will Be Rejected. All Costs And Discounts Must Be Included In The Offer Price Without Value Added Tax. Pursuant To Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Ordinance On Procurement Documentation And Tenders In Public Procurement Procedures (Official Gazette 65/17, Official Gazette 75/20), The Client Has Determined The Anticipated (Framework) Quantity Of Procurement Items In The Public Procurement Procedure In Question. The Quantity Of Procurement Items Is Determined In The Cost Sheet Attached To The Procurement Documentation. The Number Of Students Per Individual Route Is Approximate And Is Subject To Change, And The Actual Number Of Students Who Need Transportation May Be Higher Or Lower Than Stated, Depending On Enrollment In The School. Due To The Possibility Of Increasing/Decreasing The Number Of Teaching Days, Increasing/Decreasing The Number Of Children, And Increasing/Decreasing The Number Of Departures/Arrivals Per Line, The Client Has Determined The Approximate Quantities Of Procurement Items In The Cost Estimate. The Customer Is Not Obligated To Realize The Specified Quantities In Full. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer And Perform The Procurement In Accordance With All The Conditions Specified In The Procurement Documentation, Technical Specifications And Cost List, Applicable Laws And Regulations, And The Rules Of The Profession. Pursuant To Article 204 Of The Public Procurement Act 2016, The Bidder May Submit A Bid For One, Several Or All Groups Of Procurement Items. The Selected Tenderer Is Obliged To Compensate The Client For Any Damages Incurred Due To Delay Or Non-Compliance With Any Applicable Regulation Or Standard. The Client Is Authorized To Collect From The Guarantee All Damages Caused By Improper Execution Or Non-Execution Of Contractual Obligations.
