The Export Control Departments Of The Federal Ministry For Economic Affairs And Energy (Bmwe) Use An Internal Specialist Application Called Poem (“Process-Optimized Export Control Manager”) To Process Applications In Their Area. Poem Is An Individual, Software-Based Document Management System That Is Currently Being Further Developed And Is Currently Being Converted From A Microsoft Sharepoint-Based System To A Web-Based System (“Restructuring”). The Programmed Web Application Also Contains A Workflow Engine With Which The Required Workflows Are Implemented. For The Further Development And Maintenance Of The Internal Web-Based Specialist Application Poem, The Bmwe Intends To Enter Into An Evb-It Creation Contract Regarding 1. The Migration Of Old Data From The Sharepoint-Based To The Web-Based Application And Other Necessary Measures As Part Of The Restructuring, 2. The Implementation Of Two Interfaces Between (A) The Electronic Application Portal (Federal Portal) And Poem And (B) Poem And The Internal Specialist Application Of The Bafa In Order To Transmit Various Data Sets, 3. The Further Development And Needs-Based Elimination Of Operational Disruptions As Well As The Implementation Of Event-Related Maintenance Requirements. The Evb It Creation Contract Has A Basic Term From January 1St, 2026 To December 31St, 2028 And Includes The Option Of Two Extensions Of Up To One Year Each (Optional Extension).
