This Consultation Concerns A Technical Project Management Assistance Mission (Amot) For The Conduct Of Developments In The Ticketing And Passenger Information Systems Of The Tcl Network. The Services Are Broken Down Into Several Types Of Missions, Intended To Be Triggered As And When Required According To The Priorities Defined By Sytral Mobilités. They Relate In Particular To: - Assistance In Managing Developments In The Ticketing System; - Assistance With The Renewal Of Hardware And Software For The Open Payment Service; - Assistance In Managing Developments In Remote Sales And Passenger Information Software; - Study And Management Of The Renewal Of Remote Sales And Passenger Information Software; - Assistance In Setting Up A Mas Tcl Service This Is A Framework Agreement Executed According To The Services Implemented, By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders And By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts In Application Of Articles R2162-2 To R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 3 Year(S) From Its Notification Date. It Is Renewable Once For A Period Of 1 Year. The Overall Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 4 Years. The Renewal Is Tacit Unless An Express Decision Of Non-Renewal Is Notified To The Service Provider At The Latest One Month Before The Anniversary Date (Notification Date) Of The Contract. The Incumbent Remains Engaged Until The End Of The Current Execution Period. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 4,000,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Total Duration (Including The Renewal Period), I.E. A Total Duration Of 4 Years. The Amount Appearing In The “Estimated Value” Section Corresponds To The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement
