The Subject Of The Performance Is The Provision Of Regular Services, Consisting In Ensuring The Functionality And Continuous Operation Of Structures For The Supply Of Irrigation Water To The Hzz And To Improve The Flows In The Kyjovka Canal K6 Watercourse In Accordance With The Construction-Technical Documentation And Related Water Law Documents, In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of Act No. 254/2001 Coll., On Water And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Water Act), As Amended, Decree No. 225/2002 Coll., On The Detailed Definition Of Buildings For Water Management Improvement Of Land And Their Parts And The Manner And Scope Of Their Care, In Accordance With The Relevant Part Of Technical Standards (In Particular Tnv 75 4933 (Maintenance Of Irrigation Equipment), Decree No. 216/2011 Coll., On The Requirements Of Handling Regulations And Operating Regulations Of Water Works And In Accordance With By Other Legal Regulations Or Decisions Of The Administrative Authorities Relating To The Maintenance And Operation Of These Water Works. The Purpose Of The Implementation Is To Ensure The Operation Of The Construction Of The Waterworks In The Hodonín Municipality, Hodonín District, Which Consists In Ensuring The Reliable And Safe Operation Of The Main Irrigation Equipment Used For The Supply Of Irrigation Water. Its Main Purpose Is To Improve The Flow In The Watercourse Kyjovka, Idvt 10100029, Which Is Under The Administration Of Povodí Morava, S.P., For The Purposes Of Seasonal Irrigation. The Remaining Sluice Gates Are Operated By Lesů Čr, S.P. Staff. The Sluice Gate Must Be Permanently Open, Outside The Period Of Flood Conditions In Kyjovce. The Following Activities Will Be Carried Out In Particular: - Service Of Movable Mechanisms And Ensuring The Proper Condition Of The Sluice Gate On The Open Section Of The Canal - Keeping An Operational Logbook - Removal Of Deposits Around The Outlet Facility Of The Irrigation Canal - Removal Of Overgrown Trees From The Banks Of The Canal - Mowing Of Grass Around The Outlet Facility - Coating Of Metal Structures On The Sluice
