This Can Be Done Independently, In Partnership And/Or By Calling On Third Parties. The Size Of The Assignment Is Estimated At An Average Of € 156,250 Excluding Vat Per Year, With An Estimated Value Over The Total Term Of Approximately € 625,000 Excluding Vat. The Average Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Capped At 140% Of The Stated Expected Size, Being € 875,000 Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term Of Four Years. With The Exception Of The Fixed Annual Obligation Of Inspections Including Preventive And Minor Maintenance, The Purchase Is Not Fixed And Is Also Not Mandatory. Although This Would Be A Very Extreme Scenario, It Is Not Contractually Excluded That The Turnover For The Other Main Components Is 0 Euros.
