The Software Suitable For Processing Video Administration With Customer Identification Is Called Its Provision As A Hosted Service (Software As A Service) On The Dedicated It Infrastructure To Be Provided By The Bidder And Its Twelve-Month Operation, Which Software Must Fulfill The Parameters Defined In The Technical Description, In Particular The Following. The It Infrastructure For Data Storage May Be Physically Located In Hungary For Data Security Reasons. A Contrary Offer Results In The Invalidity Of The Offer. In The Service, The Bidder Must Ensure That The End Users Of The Software Are Able To Connect To The Application Via The Internet, Both From The Client And Administrator Side. The Bidder Provides The Internal It Network (Lan/Wan), Internet Access, And Workstations To Access The Service. Typical Data Of Workstations: • Standard Office Computer Or Notebook; • Windows 11 Enterprise 64-Bit Versions Of The Hungarian-Language Operating System Supported By Microsoft; • Supported Versions Of Microsoft Edge And Google Chrome Browsers; • Connection To An Internal Network Of At Least 100 Mb/S (Fastethernet). Expectations And Tasks Regarding The Operation Of The Video Channel: • Ensuring Daily Operation And Service, 5 X 13 Hours A Week According To Basic Operation, On Working Days Between 7 And 8 P.M., • Achieving A Minimum Availability Of 99% During The Opening Hours Of The System (Planned Between 7 And 8 P.M. On Working Days), Which Also Applies To Technological Operation, Answering Incoming Customer Inquiries And Recording Conducted Calls. Ad-Hoc Emerging And Structurally Identified Errors Are Corrected According To The Deadlines Assigned To The Categories At The Time Of Signing The Contract. During The Performance Of The Contract, The Winning Tenderer Must Introduce The Service For 16 Workstations. The Bidder Is Expected To Make 4,000 Calls Per Month On The Video Channel To Be Acquired. By The Identification Of The Client, The Tenderer Means That, When Using The Service Provided By The Winning Tenderer, He Checks And Records The Identity/Correctness Of The Clients Personal Data From The Documents Presented Via The Video Channel. The Detailed Technical Description Is Contained In The Public Procurement Documents.
