A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Agreement - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Appendix No. 2 To The Swz And The Agreement - Product And Price Form. 3. C) Chemical-Thermal Disinfection In The Process Of Washing Hospital Linen D) Ironing And Ironing Of Washed Hospital Linen. E) Performing Sewing And Tailoring Repairs (E.G. Darning, Patching, Sewing On Buttons, Straps, Sewing In Zippers, Hemming Edges, Etc.). F) Dry Cleaning Of Hospital Linen - Work Clothes. G) Return To The Ordering Party Of Hospital Linen - Work Clothes, Which Will Be Packed In Plastic Bags And Transported On Hangers. The Bags And Hangers Are Secured By The Contractor. H) Installation At The Ordering Party Of Appropriate, Brand New Devices For Radio Reading And Recording Of Hospital Linen (Rfid) Operating In The Hf System In The Clean Linen In Use Warehouse And The Dirty Linen In Use Warehouse, As Well As Brand New Computer Sets With A Printer And Appropriate Software Enabling On-Line Monitoring Of The Amount Of Hospital Linen Sent For Washing And Received From The Laundry. The Ordering Party Provides An Internet Connection. I) Ongoing Service (At Least Once Every 3 Months) Of All Devices Installed At The Ordering Party, Cleaning Of Equipment, All Repairs Of Both Hardware And Software, Modernization Of Equipment. J) Marking With Chips / Tags And Barcodes Operating In The Hf System Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, New Hospital Linen According To The Assortment List Purchased By The Ordering Party In Order To Supplement It In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Agreement - Assortment List K) Delivery By The Contractor By Means Of Transport Of Washed Hospital Linen To The In-Use Underwear Warehouse At The Hospital.
