Tenders are invited for Source Platform Design, Development and Maintenance General Conditions: - All prices must be quoted in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and Exclude VAT, as the project is VAT-Exempted. The Awarded Bidder will be required to issue a Zero-VAT invoice upon final delivery of all services required. - A detailed technical proposal explaining how it will address the project objectives and deliver the required content. - A detailed work plan and timeline outlining key activities, milestones, and deliverables. - A Valid deduction at Source, Registration and Tax Clearance Certificates must be attached. - Flexibility to accommodate upgrade or modification requests within a short timeframe. - Ensure a 12-month period of maintenance, supportand updates after the platforms launch. - Payment will be made via bank cheque to the primary beneficiary only, upon completion of the required service and submission of all the required documents. - The RFQ can be delivered by hand to TAMs office, located in Beitjala, Al-Sahel Gael Arja Street, Abou Obaida Building, 1stFloor, or can be sent by E-mail to [email protected]. - The deadline for receipt of quotation is Saturday, November 15, 2025.
