Processing And Clearing Services – Supply, Delivery And Management Of Restaurant Vouchers In The Form Of Rechargeable Chip Payment Cards For The Nîmes Métropole Urban Community. The Services Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Entered Into In Accordance With Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value Fixed As Follows: - The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement: €3,000,000 Excluding Tax. Maximum Order. All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. This Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On The Date Of May 28, 2026, Or On Its Notification Date If This Is Later, And Ends On March 31, 2030, With The Following Clarification: The Public Buyer May Issue Purchase Orders Relating To The Issuance Of Restaurant Vouchers Until December 31, 2029, For Titles Legally Valid For The Calendar Year Of 2029. Months Of January And February 2030 Will Allow Beneficiaries To Use Their 2029 Restaurant Vouchers Still Valid According To The Regulations, And In March 2030, If Necessary, To Ask The Holder To Exchange Expired Vouchers. Restaurant Vouchers Valid For The Calendar Year Of 2030 Therefore Do Not Fall Within The Scope Of This Framework Agreement. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Thus 46 Months. The Estimate In Euros Excluding Tax Indicated Below Corresponds To The Estimated Amount Of The Face Value And The Estimated Annual Quantities Of Restaurant Vouchers.
