Furniture (Incl. Office Furniture), Furnishings, Domestic Appliances (Excl. Lighting) And Cleaning Products – Public Tender Of White Goods For Arbejdernes Andels Boligforening, Aarhus. The Ordering Party Wishes To Establish A Framework Agreement That Includes Delivery, Assembly, Installation Of White Goods As Well As Disposal Of Existing White Goods And Packaging. The Ordering Party Makes Continuous Replacements When The Need Is Identified By Either Inspection And Professional Assessment, Error Reporting Or Inquiries From Residents Or Condition Assessment In Connection With Moving. The Framework Agreement Includes The Following Product Categories • Stoves • Built-In Ovens • Refrigerators • Refrigerator With Freezer • Fridge-Freezers • Washing Machines • Tumble Dryers • Hoods The Ordering Party Wishes To Enter Into Agreements With Two (2) Suppliers, Each Of Which Will Be Assigned A Ranking Based On The Award Criterion Best Ratio Between Price And Quality, Where The Supplier With The Highest Score Is Ranked As No. 1 And The Supplier With The Second Highest Score Is Ranked As No. 2. The Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 48 Months, However, With The Option To Terminate The Framework Agreement After 24 Months. If The Framework Agreement Is Extended, The Ordering Party Will Initiate A Mini-Tender Two Years After The Date Of Framework Agreement Signature, Where The Suppliers Are Ranked Again, Cf. Section 100 Of The Public Procurement Act. Reopening Of The Competition Among The Suppliers On The Framework Agreement Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Same Conditions That Were Applicable In Connection With The Award Of The Framework Agreement. The Tender Is Not Divided Into Partial Contracts. The Framework Agreement Is Offered As One Overall Agreement For The Entire Service Described. The Reason For This Is That The Task Constitutes A Comprehensive And Uniform Service, Which Is Best Handled In A Comprehensive Agreement. A Division Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Result In A Loss Of Economies Of Scale, Increased Contract Administration And Higher Costs For The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, It Is Estimated That The Market Can Deliver The Full Service All At Once, And That A Division Will Not Increase Competition Or Quality. This Lack Of Division Is In Accordance With Section 49, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 2, As The Ordering Party Has Hereby Justified Why The Framework Agreement Is Not Divided.
