Construction-Related Services – Framework Agreement. Construction, Consulting And Property Development Services. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of Construction Services, I.E. Construction-Related Expert Services And Real Estate Development Services To The Customer. It Is A Framework Arrangement According To Section 42 Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Customer Selects Six (6) Suppliers, With Whom It Enters Into A Framework Agreement. The Customer Can Also Choose A Smaller Number Of Suppliers, If There Are Fewer Offers That Meet The Requirements Of The Tender Request. The Assignments Will Consist Of Expert Tasks (E.G. Construction, Coordination, Supervision, Calculation, Mapping And Development Tasks) And Possible Real Estate Development Tasks, Mainly In Otaniemi, Espoo.
