Collection Agency Services – Support Service For The Functioning Of The Administration In Its Collection Function (Executive Phase And Tax Regularization) In The Camarma De Esteruelas City Council. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Collaboration Service And Technical, Material And Computer Assistance With The Exercise Of The Collection Management Functions Of The City Council And, In General, The Performance Of Those Collaborative Works That Do Not Imply The Exercise Of Authority In Order To Achieve Maximum Efficiency In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Resources Through The Executive Means Of The City Council. The Contracting Company Will Be Responsible For Promoting All Legally Established Procedures In Relation To Debts That Are Overdue In Order To Collect Them In Their Executive Phase. Within The Framework The Collaboration Will Also Include Tax Review And Regularization Work To Update The Different Taxes And Avoid Their Prescription.
