Quotation are invited for Rehabilitation of Four Water Wells in Tuban District Lahj under GFFO Fund. CARE International Yemen invites qualified and interested companies to submit quotations to obtain tender documents from the office at the address below during the organizations working hours (from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM) from Sunday to Thursday, for a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Yemeni Riyals per tender. Bids must be submitted signed and sealed in a sealed envelope sealed with red wax. Bids must be accompanied by the following: · An unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of $8000, valid for 120 days from the date of opening the envelopes.(from 27\11\2025 to 26\03\2026) The guarantee must be issued by an accredited, official and active bank. · A copy of a valid tax card · A copy of the valid commercial register. · A copy of a valid Zakat card · The price quote must be valid for 6 MONTHS. · The applicant must have relevant experience in carrying out similar work and working with other organizations or entities in the same field. · The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer as described in the BOQs and tender instructions and must be signed or sealed, unless the bid will be excluded from the competition. · The bid will be submitted in dollars and payment will be in dollars. · The bid will be considered canceled if any of the above conditions are violated. · The papers for tender can be obtained by coming to the office through the above address at working hours until the last date on Sunday 16/11/2025. · If you have any inquiries or comments, please send them via email (yem.expressofinterest@care.org ) by Sunday 16-11-2025. You will be provided with the responses, and any inquiries sent after this date will not be answered. · The deadline for submitting bids in closed envelopes to CARE Aden is Wednesday 26 /11/2025 , no later than 3:00 PM to the organizations office in Aden as described above. Any bid submitted after the specified time will not be received. · The envelopes will be opened on Thursday 27/11/2025 at 10:00 AM in the presence of the suppliers or their representatives at the organizations headquarters in Aden.
