Tenders are invited for External Evaluation for Positive Integration of Rural Communities into the Peace Economy in the Rumbek Centre and the Wulu Counties for Wider Circulation. Project Title: Positive Integration of Rural Communities into the Peace Economy in Rumbek Centre and Wulu Counties Location of Project: Wulu and Rumbek Centre Counties Duration: (3years) Project Timeframe: 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2025 Target and Beneficiaries: 1953 Households (Hhs) and Indirect Beneficiaries 10920 (Individuals) Beneficiary Targeting Criteria Households on Socio-Economics Status (Men, Women), Vulnerability, Gender, Ages, and Persons with Disabilities Goal to Improve the Living Conditions of the Communities in Rumbek Centre and Wulu Counties. The Project Overall Objective is Intended to Improve the Livelihoods of the Communities in Wulu and Rumbek Centre Counties Objectives/Project Summary: At Least 500 (340 Female) Households have Reduced Their Food Shortages from Four Months to Zero Month, at Least 120 Women Engaged in Iga and Village Serving and Loan Association (Vsla) have Diversified Their Income Sources And have Increased Monetary Income Contribution to Their Households by 30%, And Incidences of Intercommunal Violent in Rumbek and Wulu Counties were Reduced at Least by 40%. Expected Outcome Diversity of Household Seed Sources, Farming Efficiency, Dietary Diversity, and Monetary Incomes are Improved. Incomes of Vsla and Iga Women Groups Are Increased by 30% Per Annum and Incidences of Occurrences of Violent Conflict are Reduced from 1 to 6 Months. Donor Protestant Agency for Dakonia and Development, with Support from Bread For the WorldS Protestant Development Service. Technical proposals All Technical Proposals submitted must comply with the requirements in this ToR and comprise the following: A cover letter with a brief presentation of your consultancy explaining your suitability for the work. A description of the consultants company or organization. Details demonstrating the Consultants experience, knowledge, and capacity. A brief narrative proposal including the methodology on how you will approach and conduct the work; including draft methodology framework, proposed timeline/work plan, tools used, and team composition with CVs and Certificates Financial proposals All Financial Proposals submitted must comply with the requirements in the Request of Proposal and shall list all costs associated with the assignment. Total budget in USD, including a breakdown of the proposed activities. Breakdown of fees (based on # days), and other associated costs; indicating rates for remote and fieldwork. III. If possible, at least one of the plans should be relevant, or similar to the subject of this TOR.
