1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of An Archive For The Needs Of The District Office In Włocławek With A Garage Part. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Demolition Of Buildings On Plots No. 86/8 (Building Of The Włocławek District) And 85/4 (Buildings Of The Diocese Of Włocławek) And The Construction Of A Complete Construction Facility (Building Of The Archive Of The District Office In Włocławek At Ul. Cyganka 28), Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Building On Plot No. 86/8 Together With Submitting An Application For An Occupancy Permit. The Building Is Classified As Category Ix And Iii. The Investment Task Will Be Implemented In The Conservation Protection Zone Of The Old Town District Of Włocławek. Therefore, The Contractor Will Ensure Archaeological Supervision, I.E. Will Carry Out Pre-Investment Archaeological Research In Accordance With The Decisions And In Consultation With The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Toruń, Branch Office In Włocławek. The Buildings Shape And Functions Will Be Divided Into Two Parts; One Main One With A Basement And Two Floors Is The Archive Of The District Office In Włocławek; And The Low Ground Floor Is The Garage Part With Technical Rooms. The Building Will Have An Entrance Directly From The Yard To The Technical Rooms, Garages And The Archives. The Archive Part Will House An Office With Social And Sanitary Facilities For Employees. The Facility Was Designed In The Shape Of A Broken Letter L, Consisting Of - As Noted Above - Two Parts: A Shorter One-Story Garage Part With Technical Rooms, A Longer One-Story Basement Part With Archive Rooms. The Building Will Have A Clear, Simple Architectural Form In Terms Of Geometry, Shape And Materials Used On The Façade. The Building Will Be Adjacent To The Plot Border On Both Sides. The Building Has A Traditional Longitudinal, Single-Bay Structure With Ceilings Based On Brick Walls. Ceilings And Flat Roofs Will Be Made Of Prestressed Hollow Core Slabs With A Height Of 26.5 Cm. The Walls Of The Building Are Made Mainly Of Blocks 24 Cm Thick. The Foundation Walls Will Be Made Of Concrete Blocks. The Building Will Be Founded Directly On Strip Foundations. Retaining Walls Integrated With The New Building Will Be Designed On The Border Of The Plot. They Are Intended To Protect The Existing Buildings On The Border Of The Plot During Construction And Operation. It Is Possible To Change Technical Solutions (Without Foundations On Piles) Provided That The Existing Buildings Directly Adjacent To The Archive Building Under Construction Are Properly Secured In Consultation With The Designer And The Ordering Party. All Risks Related To Changing The Method Of Security Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
