Tenders Are Invited For Providing Sports And Recreational Services For Sgh Employees, Accompanying Persons, Children Under 15, Youth Aged 15 To 18, Seniors Over 60 Years Of Age

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Sports And Recreational Services Based On Personal Cards, Enabling Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities Indicated By The Contractor, To Employees Of The Warsaw School Of Economics, Children Up To 15 Years Of Age, Youth Aged 15 To 18, Accompanying Persons And Seniors Over 60 Years Of Age. Whenever The Swz Refers To: A) Employee - It Means A Person Employed At The Warsaw School Of Economics Under An Employment Relationship, B) Accompanying Person - It Means A Person Registered By The Employee Using Sports And Recreational Services, C) Children - It Means The Employees Children, Up To 15 Years Of Age, Indicated By The Employee, Using Sports And Recreational Services, D) Youth - It Means Children Employee, Aged 15 To 18 Years, Indicated By The Employee, Using Sports And Recreation Services, E) Seniors - This Means Accompanying Persons Over 60 Years Of Age Registered By The Employee, Using Sports And Recreation Services, F) User - This Means An Employee Of The Warsaw School Of Economics, Children Entitled To Use Sports And Recreation Services Up To 15 Years Of Age, Youth Aged 15 And Over Up To 18 Years, Accompanying Person And Seniors - Accompanying Persons Over 60 Years Of Age,G) Card - Means A Card Authorizing The Use Of The Services Specified In The Program,H) Settlement Period - Means The Calendar Month For Which The Services Are Ordered,I) List - Means A List Of Names Of Persons Entitled To Use The Services Covered By The Order, Provided By The Ordering Party To The Contractor.2. Through Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities Referred To In Section 1, Means Access To Sports And Recreation Facilities Throughout The Country (Including Up To A Minimum Of 275 Sports Facilities In Warsaw, Providing At Least One Sorting And Recreation Service Without The Need For The User To Pay An Additional Fee), In Particular Those Providing The Following Services: Fitness Classes, Swimming Pool, Gym, Martial Arts, Yoga, Dance, Aerobics, Climbing Wall, Ice Rink. 3. Subscriptions Covering The Services Offered By The Contractor Are Open, Which Means That There Are No Limits Or Restrictions On The Use Of Sports Facilities And The Services They Offer 7 Days A Week, With The Exception Of Restrictions Introduced By A Given Sports Facility Resulting From Its Working Hours, Regulations And Schedules Or Restrictions Resulting From Partnership Agreements Regulating The Terms Of Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Managers Of Individual Partner Facilities (Wherein The Restrictions Resulting From The Concluded Partnership Agreements Must Be Posted On The Contractors Website And Must Concern All Card Users Of A Given Operator). The Duration Of A Single Stay At The Facility (Understood As The Time Of Using The Service) Cannot Be Shorter Than 45 Minutes. Shortening The Service Duration Limit Is Only Permitted For Health And Safety Reasons. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain An Up-To-Date List O
