Tenders Are Invited For Repairs And Maintenance Of Small Architecture Elements In Recreational Facilities Administered By The Municipal Services Department In Szczecin
1. The List Of Facilities Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex 6 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged - At His Own Expense And Within His Own Scope - Also To, Among Others: To: 1) Mark And Secure The Place Of Work, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, 2) Ensure Safe Conditions For The Implementation Of Work, Specified In Fire Protection Regulations. And Health And Safety At Work,3) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, Including Removing Damage Caused During The Performance Of The Works,4) Bearing Full Liability For Damages Caused By Activities Resulting From The Implementation Of The Works In Question, Incurred By The Ordering Party And Third Parties.4. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Utmost Care Required From An Entity Professionally Performing This Type Of Work, On The Basis Of Ensuring The Highest Quality Of Work, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, As Well As With The Swz And The Offer, Which Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract.5. Warranty And Guarantee:1) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty On The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Work Acceptance Protocol,2) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty On The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Work Acceptance Report,3) The Warranty Conditions Are Set Out In Annex No. 8 To The Swz,4) If The Manufacturers Warranty For The Materials Used, Devices Exceeds The Warranty Period Offered By The Contractor, Then The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party - Together With The Acceptance Documentation - With Documents Enabling The Use Of Rights Arising From The Manufacturers Warranty.
