The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Submitted Offer And The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order. The Execution Of The Contract Includes Successive Deliveries Of Individual Products Based On The Orders Placed Earlier By The Ordering Party, In Which He Will Specify The Date And Range Of The Order. The Costs Of Transport, Packaging And Insurance During Transport Are Borne By The Supplier, And The Ordering Party Will Ensure The Collection Of The Products At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Transport Conditions Of The Ordered Products Will Comply With The Principles Of Good Manufacturing Practice (Gmp) And Good Hygiene Practice (Ghp).
