The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1765E Pstrokonie - Strońsko From The Intersection With The District Road No. 4913E In The Town Of Pstrokonie To The Cemetery In Strońsko, With A Length Of Approx. 1,830 Meters, Together With The Expansion Of The Intersection Of District Roads No. 1765E And 4913E To The Intersection With Circular Traffic - Roundabout Single-Lane In Pstrokonie And Obtaining All Permits And Arrangements Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Project. 3. The Subject Of The Basic Order Includes: 1) Development Of A Road Reconstruction/Expansion Concept, 2) Development Of Design Documentation, Including: A) Construction Design, Including: - Land Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical/Executive Design; B) Bill Of Quantities; 3) Investors Cost Estimate; 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); 5) Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction; 6) Design Of The Target Traffic Organization; 7) Obtaining The Necessary Declarations, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Together With Obtaining A Building Permit/Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Or Obtaining A Declaration On The Lack Of Grounds For Raising An Objection From The Competent Authority In The Event Of Reporting The Execution Of Construction Works, And Providing The Ordering Party With Copies Of Certified True Copies Of The Statements, Applications For Opinions, Decisions, Arrangements With Attachments And Copies Of Correspondence With The Authorities Issuing The Above-Mentioned Documents. Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions In Paper And Electronic Form,8) Applying To The Minister Of Digitization To Release The Road Manager From The Obligation To Build A Telecommunications Channel, And If A Negative Decision Is Obtained, Including It In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Its Construction,9) Preparing An Inventory, Including A Photographic One, Of Existing Exits.4. The Subject Of The Basic Contract Is Divided Into Two Implementation Stages: 1) Stage I - Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Section 3 Points 1,2) Stage Ii - Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Section 3 Points 2-9.
