The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Maintenance Of Municipal Street Lighting In The Mysłakowice Commune In The Years 2026-2028. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Services: 1) Ongoing Removal Of Failures On Street Lighting Circuits In The Mysłakowice Commune In Accordance With The List In Annex No. 1 (Table), Including: A. Ongoing Troubleshooting Of Surge Fuses And Devices In Lighting Cabinets; B. Replacement Of Damaged Astronomical Controllers Provided By The Ordering Party; C. Replacement Of Damaged Led Luminaires With Luminaires Provided By The Ordering Party; D. Repair Of Damaged Booms, Doors And Pole Fuse Boards;E. Replacement Of Significantly Damaged Booms With New Ones Provided By The Ordering Party; F. Diagnostics And Determining The Location Of Damage To The Cable Line; G. Repairing A Damaged Or Broken Surface Line;H. Elimination Of Threats And Protection Of Damaged Lighting Devices That Pose A Danger To Third Parties, Resulting From Sudden Random Events Such As Road Accidents, Storms, Floods, Vandalism, Theft, Etc. Damaged Elements Should Be Secured Urgently Every Calendar Day After Reporting To The Ordering Party Or The Police, Fire Department, Emergency Medical Service, Gas Emergency Service, Energy Emergency Service Or Other Rescue Services.2) Removal Failure Of The Entire Lighting Circuit Up To 48 Hours, I.E. 2 Business Days From The Moment Of Notification Of This Failure By The Ordering Party (Counting Business Days From Monday To Friday).3) Removal Of The Failure Of A Significant Part Of The Lighting Circuit Up To 48 Hours, I.E. 2 Business Days From The Moment Of Notification Of This Failure By The Ordering Party (Counting Business Days From Monday To Friday, Failure Of A Significant Part Of The Lighting Circuit Means At Least 5 Non-Lit Luminaires One After The Other).4) Notification The Ordering Party About The Serious Cause Of The Failure Of The Entire Or Part Of The Lighting Circuit, Along With Specifying The Estimated Date And Scope Of Work Necessary To Remove This Failure.5) Removing The Failure Of A Single Lighting Point Within 120 Hours, I.E. 5 Business Days From The Moment Of Notification Of This Failure By The Ordering Party (Counting Business Days From Monday To Friday).6) Maintenance And Maintenance Of Lighting Infrastructure Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard.7) Pruning Branches Covering Road Lighting.8) Carrying Out A Technical Inspection And Measurements In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard, Together With Keeping Documentation.9) Straightening Lighting Poles Tilted During The Term Of The Contract.10) The Contractor Undertakes To Purchase Parts And Devices Necessary To Perform The Above Works At His Own Expense, With The Exception Of Fixtures, Booms, Ast Programmers, Which Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party.11) The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Information About Road Lighting
