The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Collection And Management Of Municipal Solid Waste From The Area Of The Białaczów Commune In 2026, Including From Pszok And Indicated Collection Places By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Section - I. Collection And Management Of Solid Municipal Waste From The Area Of The Białaczów Commune, I.E. From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Owners Of Real Estate Where Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes And From Owners Of Properties Where No Residents Live, I.E. Schools, Local Government Office Buildings, Rural Community Centers. Section - Ii. Carrying Out The Collection Of Municipal Waste In The Białaczów Commune From The Collection Places Designated By The Ordering Party, Indicated In Point. 4 Of This Section And Their Development. Section - Iii. Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste And Construction And Demolition Waste Generated In Households From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) Operated By The Białaczów Commune. Section - Iv. A Detailed Description Of How The Service Is Provided, Its Documentation, Sanitary And Technical Standards For Its Performance While Maintaining Environmental Protection. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected And Managed During The Duration Of The Order Is - 915.10 [Mg]. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The General And Specific Provisions Of Law In Force During The Period Of Contract Implementation.
