1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Simulators For Animal Reproduction And Insemination For The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center. St. Staszica In Swarożyn, With Technical Parameters Specified In Annexes No. 4A To The Swz, Along With Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Parts: Part 1 - Delivery Of An Animal Reproduction Simulator - With Technical Parameters Specified In Annex 4A To The Swz;3. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Boundary Conditions Specified In Annexes No. 4A To The Swz. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Boundary Conditions Specified In Annexes 4A To The Swz Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Together With The Equipment Necessary For Its Proper Functioning.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Swarożyn, At Ul. Szkolna 2 - At The Contractors Expense.6. The Contractor Will Deliver, Install And Launch The Item Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.7. The Contractor Will Train The Employers Employees (6 People) In The Basics Of Equipment Operation.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Guarantee That The Delivered Equipment Is Brand New, Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects.9. The Offered Equipment, In Terms Of Each Part, Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In The Year Indicated In Annex 4A To The Swz - Depending On The Part For Which The Contractor Submits An Offer.
