The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of It Equipment With Software And Implementation, Which Includes: − Purchase Of A Server With An Operating System And Access Licenses - 1 Pc. − Purchase Of A Nas Device - 1 Pc.; − Purchase Of An Uninterruptible Power Supply - 2 Pcs.; − Purchase Of A Firewall Utm Device - 1 Pc. 2) Delivery Of Software With Implementation Services, Which Includes: − Purchase Of Anti-Virus Software For The Server - 5 Licenses And For Nas - 5 License; Implementation Of The Provided Ict Solutions Along With Training.3) Conducting An Initial Audit, Including: − Audit Of The Information Security Management System In Accordance With Kri And Uoksc For The Telatyn Commune (1 Pc.) − Documentation Update Service In The Field Of The Information Security Management System For The Telatyn Commune (1 Pc.)4) Conducting The Final Audit: − Conducting An Audit Of The Information Security Management System In Compliance With Kri And Uoksc For The Telatyn Commune Office (1 Piece) (Final) Moreover: − The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Show No Signs Of Use. − The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Brand New, Come From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market, Come From Mass Production, Taking Into Account The Configuration Options Provided By The Manufacturer For The Offered Hardware And Software Model. − Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time Or Devices Coming From Manufacturers Sales Programs Are Not Allowed. Devices Cannot Be Included In The Manufacturers End-Of-Sale, End-Of-Support, End-Of-Life List. - The Required Number And Arrangement (Outside The Housing) Of Any Ports Cannot Be Achieved By Using Converters, Adapters, Etc., And The Use Of Any External Adapters Or Converters Is Not Allowed. − All Devices Will Be Powered Directly From The 230V Network. − The Contractor Will Ensure Delivery To The Indicated Location At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. − The Contractor Is Responsible For Configuring Physical And Logical Connections, Connecting And Configuring Devices For Operation, Allowing For The Commencement Of Work, And Providing The Appropriate Number Of Power And Connection Cables To Prepare The Ordered Equipment For Operation. − The Contractor Is Obliged To Configure The Ordered Equipment In Consultation With The Ordering Party. − Installation Works Can Only Be Carried Out On Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party. − The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit As-Built Docum
