1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out In The Building Of The Technical School Complex In Tczew At Ul. Parkowa 1, As Part Of The Task Entitled Improving The Quality Of Vocational Education In Secondary Schools In The Tczew County - Through Construction Works - Stage Ii.2. Investor Supervision Will Be Exercised During The Implementation Of Construction Works Covering The Following Industries: − Architectural, − Construction, − Sanitary, − Electrical, − Telecommunications.3. The Supervision Inspector Will Be Responsible For Approving The Contractors Documents: − Bid Cost Estimate, − Material And Financial Schedule.4. Due To The Different Sources Of Financing For The Design Task, Both Documents Referred To In Point 4.3 Of The Swz Must Include The Division Of Works Into The Following Scopes: A) Basic Works - Directly Related To The Main Scope Of Work, B) Accompanying Works - Supporting Works, Not Directly Related To The Main Scope, C) Construction Of A Gatehouse - A Separate Cost Estimate And Schedule.
