Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment And An Agricultural Tractor With Equipment Under The Government Program For Civil Protection And Civil Defense For 2025/2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. 2. The Order Was Divided Into 9 Parts: 1) Part 1 Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of: A) Pneumatic Rescue Tent With Equipment - 1 Piece; B) Emergency Medical Kit - 1 Set. Note! The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure In A Given Part If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (For Parts 1-9 Of The Order) Is Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Submitting The Offer Is Obliged To Submit An Offer For All Elements Specified By The Ordering Party For A Given Part Of The Order. An Offer That Does Not Contain All The Elements May Be Rejected. 4. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer. An Offer May Be Submitted For One Or More Of The Nine Separate Parts Of The Contract.5. Comments Related To The Implementation Of Deliveries (Part 1-8 Of The Order):1) The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Equipment On Terms No Worse Than The Manufacturers Warranty.2) The Equipment Will Be Packed And Delivered To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Content Of Annex No. 5 To Swz.3) The Costs Of Transport And Insurance During Transport And Unloading Are Borne By The Contractor.4) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Any Defects Physical And Legal And Technically Efficient. 6. Comments Related To The Implementation Of Deliveries (Part 9 Of The Order): 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, Including The Requirements Enabling Registration And Admission To Road Traffic Specified In The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, To The Extent That The Above-Mentioned Regulations Apply To The Subject Of The Order.2) Warranty For The Equipment (Tractor, Plow And Sand Spreader) - Minimum 24 Months,3) The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Ready For Work And Compatible. The Tractor Should Operate With A Plow And A Sand Spreader Without The Ordering Party Having To Incur Any Costs Related To Adapting The Above-Mentioned Equipment For Use. 4) Together With The Equipment, The Contractor Will Provide All Documentation In Polish, Including: Operation And Maintenance Manual For The Equipment And Accessories, Equipment Warranty Books, Equipment Service Books, Spare Parts Catalog, Approval Certificate And Documents Necessary To Register The Equipment, List Of Service Points Authorized By The Manufacturer To Perform Warranty Repairs In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship And Other Documents Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject
