Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Fuel For The Vehicle Fleet And Equipment Of The Municipal Road Administration In Cieszyn

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Non-Cash Fuel Sales At Gas Stations For The Vehicle Fleet And Equipment Of The Municipal Road Administration In Cieszyn. The Fleet Of Cars And Machines Owned By The Ordering Party Consists Of Delivery Cars, Trucks, Tractors With Trailers, Backhoe Loaders, Compactors, Excavators And Low-Speed Vehicles.2. Projected Estimated And Averaged Fuel Demand:1. Diesel Fuel: 2,800 L/Month, 2. Lead-Free Ethanol E95: 270 L/Month3. Fuel Will Be Refueled At Fuel Stations For Vehicles And Machines Constituting The Car And Equipment Fleet Of The Municipal Road Administration In Cieszyn. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Collect Fuel In Appropriate Containers (E.G. Canisters). The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Enable Fuel Collection 24 Hours A Day (Unconditionally) 7 Days A Week.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Delivery Be At Least One Station Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km From The Seat Of The Municipal Road Administration In Cieszyn.5. Access To The Gas Station Is Required By Specialized Cars And Machines At The Ordering Partys Disposal.6. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Provide A Fuel Quality Certificate And A Document Specifying The Fuel Source.
