3. Parts I Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of: A) Brand New Portable Generators - 2 Pcs. B) A Brand New Mobile Generator, Adapted For Continuous Operation, Mounted On An Approved Transport Trailer - 1 Pc. C) A Brand New Fuel Tank With A Distributor - 1 Pc. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2A To Swz.3) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport And Unloading, Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Equipment Listed In Point 1: A) Be Brand New, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Not Subject To Third Party Rights. The Ordering Party Excludes The Delivery Of Post-Exhibition Equipment, B) It Was Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases And Costs, C) It Met All The Standards Imposed On Such Goods By Polish Law, D) It Met All The Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Poland. 5) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor: A) To Deliver The Equipment Listed In Point 1), At Its Own Expense, To The Headquarters Of The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Brzesko, Ul. L. Solskiego 16, 32-800 Brzesko And Brought The Offered Subject Of The Contract To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. B) Provided The Operating Manual And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Equipment In Polish.6) The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract Specified In: - In Point 1) Letter A) And B) For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol - In Point 1) Letter C) A Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.7) The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Is 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
