The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Organizing And Servicing The Parking Zone In The Multi-Storey Garages: Ul. Szwajcarska 6 And Ul. Kościuszki 8 A And B In Legionowo Along With Adjacent Areas - Annex No. 1 To The Opz. 2) Delivery And Installation Of Parking Meters And Vertical Parking Lot Signs. 3) Equipping The Parking Zone With Devices For Collecting And Settling Parking Fees (Parking Meters And A Mobile Application) - Annex No. 2 To The Opz. 4) Providing Parking Zone Management Software - Annex No. 3 To Opz. 5) Adaptation Of Parking Meters And The Mobile Application To The Regulations For Collecting Fees And Using Multi-Storey Garages And Adjacent Areas Included In The Communication Center In Legionowo, Owned By The Legionowo Municipality - Annex No. 4 To The Opz. 6) Introduction To The System And Ongoing Updating Of The List Of Vehicles Registered In The Database Of Persons Entitled To Free Use Of The Garage, Kept By The Legionowo City Hall. If Other Communes From The Legionowo District Join The Free Parking Program, The Ordering Party Allows Changes In The Form Of Introducing Additional Registers Of Eligible Residents. In The Above Case, There Will Be A Separate Zone(S) In Which Residents Of The Other Acceding Commune(S) Will Park. Above The Change Does Not Constitute The Basis For An Increase In Remuneration.7) The Update Will Take Place No Later Than Within 1 Hour (On Business Days) After The Ordering Party Sends The Current Data, And The Data Will Be Transferred In The Format Agreed With The Ordering Party (Preferred Excel File Format). 8) Revenues From Parking Activities Are Revenues From All Sales Channels (Parking Fees Collected In Parking Meters, Parking Fees Paid By The Appropriate Application, Fees From Parking Subscriptions) Specified In The Agreement. 9) Monthly Revenues From Parking Activities From All Sales Channels (Parking Fees Collected In Parking Meters, Parking Fees Paid By The Appropriate Application, Fees From Parking Subscriptions) Specified In The Agreement - Will Be Divided In The Following Proportion: Percentage In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Not Less Than 60%) For The Ordering Party, As Remuneration For Providing The Parking Area For The Purposes Of The Agreement, And (Not More Than 40%) For The Contractor, As His Remuneration Under The Agreement, Starting From The Date Of Launch Of The System. 10) Revenues From The Enforcement Of Additional Fees Specified In The Regulations On Charging Fees And Using Multi-Level Garages With Adjacent Areas Included In The Communication Center In Legionowo, Owned By The Legionowo Municipality, Adopted By The Ordering Party And Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Opz, Belong 100% To The Contractor And Constitute Its Income. The Income From This Is Not Taken Into Account When Calculating The Remuneration Due To The Ordering Party. 11) Debt Collection Related To Additional Fees Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Bears The Costs Of The Proceedings, And The Procee
