The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Including Catching And Providing Continuous Care For Homeless Animals From The Mikołów Commune, Numbering 140 Animals: 70 Dogs, 50 Cats And 20 Other Small Domesticated Animals (E.G. Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Mice, Rats, Degu, Chinchillas, Ferrets, Ferrets And Other Unlisted Domesticated Animals) From 01/01/2026 To 31/12/2026. The Service Will Consist In: A) Undertaking An Intervention Together With Transport Reported By The Ordering Party Or By Services Indicated By The Ordering Party (Chief Specialist For Animals And Invasive Alien Species, Employees Of The Department Of Environmental Protection, City Guard, District Crisis Management Center, Police Officers Or A Veterinarian With Whom The Ordering Party Has Concluded A Contract For Provision Of Services Related To Providing First Veterinary Aid To Animals Injured And Injured In Road Accidents And Other Events In 2026 In The Mikołów Commune), Which Will End With Success Or Failure, I.E. Catching And Placing The Animal In A Shelter Or Transport Only (Without The Animal If It Escapes). Intervention Time Up To 3 Hours After Receiving The Report. Microchipping And Entry Into The Safe Animal Database), Sterilization Or Neutering. C) Comprehensive Lifelong Care For Homeless Cats In A Shelter, Including: Subjecting The Animal To A 14-Day Quarantine, Vaccinations, Deworming, Deflea Treatment, Feeding And Watering, Treatment And, In Necessary Cases, Killing Them In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, As Well As Permanent Marking (I.E. Microchipping And Entering The Safe Animal Database), Sterilization Or Neutering. D) Lifelong Comprehensive Care For Homeless Small Animals Domesticated In A Shelter, Including: Subjecting The Animal To A 14-Day Quarantine, Feeding, Watering, Treatment And, In Necessary Cases, Killing Them In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In Addition, Ensuring Sterilization Or Castration, Vaccination, Deworming And Flea Removal - In The Case Of Species That Require These Treatments. E) Temporary (Up To 24 Hours) Unpaid Shelter Care For A Caught Animal, With Access To Food, Water And A Bed Until It Is Picked Up By The Owner Or Guardian. F) Temporary (From 24 Hours To 72 Hours) Paid Shelter Care For A Caught Animal, With Access To Food, Water And A Bed Until It Is Picked Up By The Owner Or Guardian.
