1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renewal Of Technical Support And Manufacturers Service For Arcgis Software Licenses Owned By The Chief Inspectorate Of Environmental Protection. 2. The Procedure Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Therefore The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order, For Technical And Organizational Reasons, Constitutes An Inseparable Whole, Therefore It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Parts. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Number, Is Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. This Description Should Be Read Together With Changes In The Content Of The Swz, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To Contractors Inquiries.
