1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Disabled Children Living In The City And Commune Of Kostrzyn To Educational Institutions Located In, Among Others, The Cities Of Poznań, Zalasewo, Swarzędz And Środa Wielkopolska (As Well As Other Towns, If Necessary) And Ensuring Care For Children During Transport Within The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order. The Service Will Be Provided During The School Year. If Classes Are Made Up On Another Day Free From School, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of Children In Accordance With The Schedule Established For The Day Worked Off.2. Children Will Be Transported To And From Schools In Closed Transport, I.E. The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Provide Transport Services For Children Other Than Those Reported By The Ordering Party Under The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party.3. The Time Students Stay In The Car While Being Transported To School Or From School To Home Cannot Exceed 1.5 Hours. 5. In The 2025/2026 School Year, 30 Disabled Students Are Transported.6. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Transported Children. If The Number Of Transported Children Increases, The Contractor Must Ensure Their Transport Under The Conditions Specified In The Offer. Due To The Increase In The Number Of Transported Children, The Ordering Party Does Not Expect To Incur Additional Fees, Unless There Are Grounds For Changing The Contract, Specified In The Draft Contractual Conditions Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.7. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented By Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Children And School Youth, Meeting All Safety Requirements Related To Passenger Transport Referred To In The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport And The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law, By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations To Provide These Services. 8.
