1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel (Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services) To The Headquarters Of The District Office In Białystok At Ul. Borsuczej 2. 2. Natural Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act.3. Use Of Gas Fuel For The Following Purposes: Space Heating And Water Heating.4. Type Of Gas Fuel: High-Methane Natural Gas, Group E.5. Estimated Dso Tariff Group: In The Facility At Ul. Borsucza Is W-5.1.6. Ordered Power: In The Facility At Ul. Borsucza - 143 Kwh/H.7. The Projected Gas Consumption During The Contract Period (01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026) Is At The Facility At Ul. Borsuczej 2 - Approx. 216,000.00 Kwh (Monthly Forecast Demand For One Year Is Included In Annex 1). 8. The Supplied Gas Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards.9. The Rate Given By The Contractor Will Not Be Subject To Changes During The Order Implementation Period, I.E. Until December 31, 2026, With The Exception Of Chapter Xvii Swz.10. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Exempt From Excise Duty.11. In The Price For Gas Fuel, The Contractor Is Obliged To Include The Cost Of The So-Called White Certificates. Quality Standards Of Gas Fuel: Quality Standards Of Gas Fuel In Public Distribution Networks Are Specified In Various Normative Documents. The Basic Document Regarding The Quality Of Gas Fuel In Poland Is The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended). This Act In Art. 4 Section 1 Talks About The Quality Of Gaseous Fuels, Including Natural Gas, Quoting: An Energy Company Dealing In The Transmission Or Distribution Of Fuels Or Energy (...) Is Obliged To Maintain The Ability Of Devices, Installations And Networks To Supply These Fuels Or Energy In A Continuous And Reliable Manner, While Maintaining The Applicable Quality Requirements. Additionally, In Art. 5. Section 2. Establishes The Obligation To Include In The Contract Under Which Gas Fuel Is Supplied Provisions Regarding, Among Others, Quality Standards, Conditions For Ensuring The Reliability And Continuity Of Gas Fuel Supply And The Parties Liability For Failure To Comply With The Terms Of The Contract.
